Shipping
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 5-7 working days. They differ due to the couriers we use and the rates available to us.
Please note that all orders are processed by our team for dispatch on a regular routine basis. Due to this process, orders are processed immediately and we are unable to accommodate requests for delayed dispatch.
Subscription deliveries are dispatched on Tuesdays.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Your order will arrive 2-3 working days after dispatch for deliveries within the UK.
Is the cost of shipping included?
For orders under 50 GBP a shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
All orders over 50 GBP for UK-orders will be delivered for free.
There may be time that we are unable to honour shipment due to factors outside of our control, in which case we would contact you directly.
I live internationally, can I order your coffee?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept international orders, and can only accept orders within the UK.
This means that we are currently unable to send items to Europe, Asia, North America, South America and Africa.

Order
I haven’t received my order, what do I do?
Please contact customer services via hello@daodock.com with your order number and we’ll track down your delivery.
Can I return my order?
While we want you to be completely happy with your order, as coffee is a consumable product we’ll only replace or refund coffee if it’s faulty or damaged. This is subject to assessment by our team, as and when applicable. We don't generally offer refunds for change of mind or because something isn't to your taste.
All orders received are final and goods or service will be shipped as per the order form, therefore please ensure you check your order details before completing the payment. If it’s too late and you see a mistake, get in touch via hello@daodock.com.
My order has arrived damaged

Coffee
How many drip coffee bags are there in one box?
Each box contains eight single-use drip coffee bags, with 10g (±5%) of pre-ground coffee in each bag—perfect for home brewers, travellers, or anyone wanting premium quality coffee on the go.
For those looking to explore, we also offer a tasting pack with five single-use bags.
How should I store my coffee?
Each of our drip coffee bag is flushed with nitrogen right after the beans are ground to conserve the freshness and flavour intensity. Please store your coffee at room temperature, somewhere dark to avoid direct sunlight, and dry like a kitchen cupboard.
What brew methods do you recommend?
This depends entirely on your personal preferences. We recommend filter methods as it's a great way to explore speciality coffee. Our drip coffee bags can simply be used with or without coffee gear.
