Steps

Prepare & Pour

Open the bag by pulling the tab, fold out the wings on both sides, and place it over a mug or server with a capacity of 200 to 250ml.

Pour hot water slowly into the bag for 30 seconds. Take care not to overfill. For light to medium roasts, slightly hotter water softens the acidity. For dark roasts, cooler water eases the bitterness.

Brew

Once you have finished pouring, allow around 60 seconds for the coffee to filter through. No stirring needed.

Enjoy

Lift and remove the bag. Your cup is ready.
